No plan, no commitment

Just one session.

Not everybody wants a monthly arrangement, and not everybody needs one. Some men have one thing to talk through, get it straight, and get on with it. That's a perfectly good use of an hour.

  • Evenings and weekends available
  • A written summary afterwards, so it doesn't evaporate

Can't afford it?

Say so. A small number of concession places are kept back each month for men on low income, benefits or in real difficulty. No means-testing, no forms — just an honest conversation.

Changed your mind?

Cancel any time, no notice, no exit conversation. Sessions already paid for stay available for three months, so nothing is wasted if life gets in the way.

Buying it for someone?

You can pay for a partner, son, brother or employee. They'll never see your name in their sessions and nothing about their coaching comes back to you. That's the deal, and it's non-negotiable.

Money questions

Anything else worth knowing.

No. The first 20-minute call is free, whether or not you go on to book anything. It exists so we can both work out if this is a good fit.

Give me 24 hours' notice and we'll simply move it. Life happens — vans break down, shifts change, kids get ill. Repeated no-shows we'd talk about, kindly.

Yes — £35 for a full hour, one-to-one, with no plan attached. Plenty of men start that way to see whether they get on with it. If you do go on to a monthly plan afterwards, that £35 comes off your first month.

Yes, at any point and in either direction. Plenty of men start on Gold through a hard stretch and drop to Bronze once things settle. That's the system working, not a failure.

Yes — workshops, toolbox talks and funded places for staff. Individual sessions stay entirely confidential from the employer; they get invoices and attendance, never content.

Coaching generally isn't, because it isn't clinical treatment. If you need something the NHS provides, I'll help you find the right route to it — and that advice is free.

Still not sure which one?

That's what the free call is for. Tell me roughly what's going on and I'll tell you honestly which level makes sense — including "none of them, yet".
